Our custom made bikes are built according to personal preferences. Therefore you cannot cancel an order after purchasing your bike, since our product is on the legal list of exceptions, as provided by the Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM).

Accessories can be returned within 14 days after delivery. Please contact us for a return request.
