Of course we find it very unfortunate when you receive your new Roetz in a damaged state and we do everything to prevent this. Before we hand over our bikes for delivery, we thorougly check and double check each bike for secure quality control. It's important for us that every Roetz is top notch and rides smoothly. 

However, if your newly received bike is damaged, please let us know immediately, preferably by sending us a claim request by mail. Please also mention your order number and the kind of damage. We ensure you to sort things out as quickly as possible.
